Would you like to cancel your order before it ships? On this page you will find the fastest way to submit your request online.
After submitting your request, you will automatically receive a confirmation by email.
Cancel your order online
For eligible orders that have not yet shipped, you can submit a cancellation request online within 15 minutes of placing your order.
How to access your order
You can open your order in two ways:
- via the link in your order confirmation email
- via account sign-in at account.gloura.de using the email address you used when placing your order
If you sign in via account.gloura.de, you will receive a one-time code by email. A separate customer account password is not required.
How to submit your request
- Open your order.
- Click "Cancel items".
- Select the item(s) you want to cancel.
- Click "Review changes".
- Confirm your request.
Only then will your request be submitted to our team and you will automatically receive a confirmation by email.
Important notes
- The "Cancel items" option is only available for eligible orders that have not yet shipped.
- This option is only shown within 15 minutes of placing your order.
- If the button is not visible, the time window may have expired or your order may no longer be eligible for online cancellation.
- After submission, your request will be reviewed and processed by our team.
After the 15-minute window
If the "Cancel items" button is no longer visible, you can still contact us by email:

Please include the following information if possible:
- your order number
- the email address used for the order
- the item(s) you want to cancel
Our support team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
